Get Me Hacona Delivery Information
Delivery is free of charge on orders over £75 + VAT and £7.95 + VAT on all orders under this value. All deliveries are made by a Get Me Packaging vehicle or by third party couriers.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
We aim to process each order and despatch for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability), however, please allow 2-3 days for delivery as next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. If you do require guaranteed next day delivery then please contact us on 01246 488999 and we will try to accommodate your request. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be processed the next working day. If the product ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK
All orders will be despatched via a recorded delivery/courier service, same day usually or latest within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. This date is calculated from the receipt of an order from authorised accounts or from the receipt of full payment from non-account customers. All delivery times may be subject to factory lead times for machinery and special order spares. Our prices exclude delivery charges and VAT.
If you require delivery outside mainland UK or on a timed delivery service then please contact us on 01246 488999 or via email sales@getmepackaging.co.uk. This will enable us to provide the best value and most cost-effective delivery charge for your packaging materials and supplies.
DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN MAINLAND UK
Standard next day parcel carriage £7.95 + VAT. The next day service is available for deliveries Monday - Friday only. If a Saturday delivery is required additional carriage charges will apply. Please contact us to obtain a price for this service.
DELIVERY CHARGES OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
Delivery arrangements and charges will be agreed with the customer before despatching of goods. Please contact us on 01246 488999 to obtain a quote.
COLLECTION
Get Me Hacona does not have a trade counter but by prior arrangement, you can collect your order from us directly from our warehouse.
We deliver your order to your door throughout the UK. We aim to make all our courier deliveries within 1-5 working days, if items are not in stock with ourselves or from within our buying group and delivery times are expected to be longer than 14 days, then a full refund will be offered if required.

DOES MY PARCEL NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR
If no one will be available to sign for a parcel or delivery then you can attach alternative instructions on where to leave the goods. Please ensure this is secure as parcels are left at your own risk and we are governed by the terms of our agreements with the courier company and this is outside our control.
